On our initial consultation visit, we will walk with you room by room, front and back yard covering all floors making recommendations to prepare your home for sale. A written report is handed to the client at the end of consultation. It can take one to three hours approximately depending on the scope of work.

We provide all furniture and accessories required to stage your property. Whether it is only one room or the whole house, we bring in everything needed. A full day is blocked off for the staging process at the property for arrival of items to completion of staging. The pictures will be scheduled for the next day after staging.

After the consultation is completed, all recommended work is done, and the property is ready to be dressed up we will bring our accessory package and dress up your house to create the WOW! Factor with your existing items and our accessories. A full day is required to be blocked off as a staging day to complete Showcasing. Pictures should be booked for the next day.
